Gym attendance software with QR check-in at the door

Every member card carries a QR code. Scan it at the front desk and the check-in is recorded in a second, and if the plan has expired, your staff know before the member walks in.

What you can do

One-second check-in

Scan the QR on the member card with a USB or Bluetooth QR scanner, or search the member by name. Either way it takes seconds.

Expired members are flagged at the door

If a plan has expired, or the member has left, the screen says so with the reason. No more free workouts by accident, and no awkward guessing.

Works on a phone, tablet or PC

Use the device you already have at the desk. There is no machine to buy from us and nothing to install.

Today's attendance at a glance

See who has come in today and look back through any member's visit history.

Spot the ones who stopped coming

Attendance sits next to renewals, so you can see who is drifting away before their plan ends.

How it works

  1. Download the member card

Every member gets a card with photo, code and QR. Print it or share it.

  2. Scan at the desk

A USB or Bluetooth QR scanner types the code for you. You can also search by name.

  3. See the result

A green tick for a valid plan, a clear message and reason if not.

Questions about qr attendance

Do I need special hardware?

No special machine. A normal USB or Bluetooth QR scanner works, and you can also check members in by searching their name.

What happens if an expired member tries to check in?

Jimwala shows that the plan has expired (or that the member has left) and does not count it as a valid visit, so your staff can offer a renewal.

Can members check in from their own phone?

Check-in is done at your desk by your staff. Members show their card, printed or on their phone.
