Choosing a plan for a member creates the invoice, with the joining fee if there is one. Then you record what was paid: cash, UPI, card or bank transfer, and the amount. Part payments are normal. The invoice stays open and shows exactly how much is left.

This is the page owners tend to open first each morning. It shows the total pending and how many members are overdue, with how late the money is as one bar of tappable ages (a week, a month, older), search, and an oldest-first or biggest-first sort. From the list you can send a WhatsApp reminder, copy a payment link, or tap Remind to message exactly the people on screen. Entered the wrong amount? Void the payment. It stays in the history marked as reversed and the invoice balance is corrected. Nothing is deleted quietly, which matters the day an accountant or a business partner asks what happened.
