Collect gym fees on UPI: a payment link every member can pay in seconds
Your members already pay for everything on UPI. Jimwala turns any pending fee into a payment page with the amount filled in, opens their UPI app in one tap, and sends the money straight to your bank account. You do not need a payment gateway account to start.
What you can do
No payment gateway account needed
Add your UPI ID once in Settings and you can share payment links straight away. There is no separate account to open, no KYC to wait for and no keys to copy.
A payment page members understand
The link opens a clean page with your gym's name, the invoice and the amount already filled in. One button opens Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or whichever UPI app they use. There is a QR code for scanning from another phone, and your UPI ID with a copy button.
The money goes straight to you
Members pay your own UPI ID, so the money lands in your bank account. Jimwala never holds it and never takes a cut of your members' payments.
Send it on WhatsApp in one tap
On the Dues page, tap WhatsApp and the chat opens with the member's name, the amount and the link already typed. You send it from your own phone, so it uses no message credits.
The page stays correct
Part payments reduce the amount on the page. Once you mark the fee received the page says it is paid, and a cancelled invoice shows that there is nothing to pay.
You stay in control of the books
A payment made straight to your UPI ID cannot be seen by any gym software, so you check your bank or UPI app and tap Mark paid. The invoice, the receipt and the member's dues then update together.
Private by design
Every link has a long random address that cannot be guessed. The page shows only the gym, the invoice number and the amount, and nothing about the member.
How it works

Add your UPI ID
Settings, then Online payments, then your UPI ID such as yourname@okhdfcbank. It takes half a minute.

Share the link
On Dues, tap WhatsApp next to a member. The message and the payment link are ready to send.

Mark it received
When the money reaches your bank or UPI app, tap Mark paid and the invoice is cleared.
Questions about upi payment links
Do I need a Razorpay or other payment gateway account?
No. Add your UPI ID and you can share payment links. There is no gateway to set up and no KYC to wait for.
How does Jimwala know that a UPI payment was made?
It does not, and no gym software can see a payment made straight to your UPI ID. You check your bank or UPI app and tap Mark paid.
Where does the money go, and does Jimwala charge a fee?
The money goes to your bank account through your UPI ID. Jimwala does not hold it and does not take a cut.
What if a member pays only part of the amount?
Record the part payment and the invoice stays open with the balance. The payment page then shows the amount still left, so the next link asks for the right amount.
