Indian gyms run on batches and on plans that change with the season. Jimwala lets you set both up the way you already run your floor, then keeps them tidy as members join, switch and renew.
What you can do
Batches for every time slot
Create a morning batch, an evening batch, a yoga class or a Zumba slot. Give each one timings and days of the week, and assign members with a tap.
Ladies-only and men-only batches
Set a batch as ladies-only or men-only and Jimwala stops the wrong assignment. Useful for gyms that run separate women-only hours.
Capacity limits that hold
Set how many people a batch can take. When it is full, you know before the floor gets crowded.
More than one batch per member
A member can be in the morning strength batch and the evening yoga batch. Their batch history is kept.
Your plans, your prices
Create monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly plans with your own price and an optional joining fee. Edit a plan any time your fees change.
Plan switching with credit
When a member changes plan, the unused days on the old plan are turned into credit against the new one, and the quote is shown before anyone pays.

Questions about batches and plans
Can I make a ladies-only batch?
Yes. Each batch can be set to everyone, ladies only or men only. Jimwala will not let you add a member to a batch that does not match.
Can one member attend two batches?
Yes. Members can be in several batches, for example a morning weights batch and an evening yoga batch.
Can I charge a joining fee?
Yes. Set a joining fee on any plan. It is added to a new member's first invoice and is not charged again on renewals.
What if I change my plan prices later?
Edit the plan and the new price applies to new sales. Existing memberships keep the price they were sold at.
