One offer message sends one broadcast message to one member: a festival offer, a new batch, a holiday notice. Every plan includes some each month (Starter 20, Growth 40, Pro 80). If one fails to send, it is given back.
Buy a pack any time from the Broadcasts or Plan and billing page: 200 for ₹299, 500 for ₹699, 1000 for ₹1,299. You pay by UPI or card, and they are added as soon as the payment is confirmed. Or send to a small group free from your own WhatsApp.

No. Members pay your own UPI ID, or pay cash at the desk, and the money is yours as always. Jimwala takes nothing.
Yes. While a plan is running you can upgrade to a longer one at any time. The days of the new plan are added to the days you have left, so nothing is lost. Your billing page always shows your current plan and how many days remain.
Not while it is running. The plan you are on shows as your current plan, and the shorter plans wait until it ends. When it ends you have 7 days of grace, and you can buy any plan then.
The price is per gym. There is no charge per member.
Choose the plan that suits you and carry on with the same members, plans and settings. Nothing has to be set up again. If you need a few more days, everything keeps working for 7 more days. After that the app becomes read-only until you pay: nothing is deleted, your members can still open their pages and check in, and your website stays up for another month.
