Shipping and Delivery Policy

Jimwala is delivered online. We ship no physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.
Jimwala sells access to Jimwala, gym management software you use in your web browser. This page explains how and when you receive what you buy.
1. What you get
A Jimwala subscription plan gives your gym access to the dashboard and the features in the plan, and the WhatsApp credits that come with it. Everything is delivered digitally to your account. Nothing is sent by post or courier.
2. When you get it
Your plan is activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. Your new expiry date and credits show in your dashboard.
Sometimes a bank takes longer to confirm a payment. If your plan is not active within 24 hours of paying, write to us and we will fix it.
3. Shipping charges
None. There is no delivery fee because there is nothing to deliver physically.
4. How to use it
Sign in at jimwala.com with the mobile number you registered with. A login code arrives on WhatsApp. You need an internet connection and a modern web browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Payments are not refundable.
