About WhatsApp messages for gyms
Can I send these messages to many members at once?
You can copy and send them one by one from your own WhatsApp. Sending to a list from a normal number can get it blocked, so avoid broadcasting to strangers. Jimwala sends reminders for you through the official WhatsApp Business API, with each member's name, plan and date filled in.
Which language works best?
Use the one your members speak. In most small towns, Hinglish (Hindi in English letters) gets the most replies, and Hindi in Devanagari reads best to older members.
When should I send a reminder?
Three days before expiry, on the day it expires, and a few days after for members who have not renewed. Add your UPI ID or a pay link so that renewing takes one tap.
