Members hear from you 7 days before, 3 days before and on the day their membership ends, and again the day after if it lapses. You set it up once.
Pending-fee reminders that do the chasing
Members with dues get a message with the amount they owe and a payment link if you have created one. The reminder comes from the system, not from you, which keeps things friendly.
Remind many people in one tap
On the Dues page, tick a few members or choose everyone overdue and send all reminders at once. Anyone already reminded today is skipped.
Offers and notices to the right group
Send a festival offer, a timing change or a holiday notice to active members, expiring members, expired members, inactive members or birthdays.

Questions about whatsapp reminders
Do my members need to install anything?
No. They receive an ordinary WhatsApp message on the number you saved for them.
How many credits do I need?
One credit sends one message. A gym with 100 members that sends three expiry reminders per renewal will use a few hundred credits a month. Every paid plan includes credits, and you can top up any time.
What if a member does not want WhatsApp messages?
Turn off WhatsApp for that member. They are skipped in automatic reminders, bulk reminders and broadcasts.
Can I send a message to all members at once?
Yes. Use Broadcasts to send an offer or notice to everyone, or only to active, expiring, expired, inactive members or those with birthdays.
