Collections today and this month for every branch. Active members and those expiring. Overdue dues. Check-ins, to see which branch is busy. Compare branches on the same numbers, or the comparison means nothing.
Mistakes to avoid

Roles
A branch manager sees their own branch. A trainer who works at two branches should be able to switch between them. Only owners need the whole picture and the salary details.
