A page for every gym member: plan, payments and check-ins on their own phone
Members ask the same things again and again: when does my plan end, what did I pay, do I owe anything. Jimwala gives each member their own page with the answers. It opens from a QR code on the back of their ID card or from a link on WhatsApp, and needs no app and no password.
What you can do
A QR code on the back of the ID card
The front of the card is for check-in at the door. The back carries a second QR code that opens the member's own page. Print both sides at card size, or share them on WhatsApp.
Plan and days left at a glance
The plan name, the dates it covers, a days-left counter and a status: active, ending soon, ended or on hold. When a plan is ending or has ended there is a Renew button that opens the member's own renewal page.
Every payment, when and how
Each payment shows the date, how it was paid (cash, UPI, card or bank), the reference and a receipt link, with a running total. A payment you reversed stays visible and is marked as reversed.
Pending fees with a Pay button
Anything still owed is listed with the amount left. If you have added your UPI ID, each fee has a Pay button that opens your UPI payment page. You mark it received when the money arrives.
Their workouts
Visits this month, a 12-week calendar, their weekly streak and milestones such as 10 visits or 4 weeks in a row. Seeing their own progress gives members a reason to keep coming.
Timings and how to reach you
Their batches with timings and trainer, and buttons to call or WhatsApp your gym, so they do not have to hunt for your number.
Private by design
Every page has a long random address that cannot be guessed. It shows only that member's own information. Their full phone number, email, notes and emergency contact are never shown, and search engines are told to ignore the page.
Lost a card? Replace the link
From the member's menu, owners and managers can replace the page link. The old link, and the QR code on the lost card, stops working straight away.
How it works
-
Open a member and tap the ID card icon
The card has a front for check-in and a back for the member page.
-
Print both sides, or send the link
Print the card, or use Send member page in the member menu to open WhatsApp with the message typed. It is sent from your own phone, so it costs no credits.
-
The member scans the QR with their camera
Their page opens straight away. No app to install and no password to remember.
Questions about member page and id card
Do members need an app or a password?
No. The page opens in the phone browser from the QR code or the WhatsApp link. The address itself is the key, so it is long and random.
What can a member see on their page?
Only their own information: plan and dates, payments with the method and reference, receipts, pending fees, check-ins, streak, batch timings and your contact details.
Can members change anything on it?
No, it is read-only. A member can open their renewal page or a UPI payment page from it, but the record itself changes only when your staff record something.
Does a payment made from the page show up by itself?
Payments made on UPI go straight to your bank account, and no gym software can see them, so you tap Mark paid when the money arrives. The page then shows it under payments.
Does sending the link cost WhatsApp credits?
No. Send member page opens WhatsApp on your own phone with the message typed, so it is you sending it, not Jimwala.
What if a member loses their card?
Replace the member page link from their menu and print a new card. The old page link stops working. The QR on the front of the card is for check-in at your desk.
